Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license (Pennsylvania preferred).
• 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, land/site development experience.
• Strong project management, design skills, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Manage private subdivision and land development projects from planning through construction.
