We are looking for a highly skilled and tenured civil engineer, preferably a Professional Engineer (PE), who can manage a diverse range of civil engineering projects and transition into an office management role over time.**Key Responsibilities*** **Project Management:** Oversee and manage various civil engineering projects, including site civil, water and wastewater, hydrology, transportation, and storm water.* **Office Management:** Lead the Jefferson City office, guiding staff and ensuring efficient operations.* **Technical Expertise:** Provide expert guidance on general civil engineering topics and deliver high-quality project outcomes.* **Client Relations:** Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.* **Team Leadership:** Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.* **Operational Oversight:** Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic growth.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.* 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in project management.* Extensive knowledge of civil engineering disciplines including site civil, water/wastewater, hydrology, transportation, and/or storm water management.* Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.**Preferred Qualifications*** Professional Engineer (PE) license.* Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.**Compensation*** This position offers a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 per year, along with bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.* The listed salary range reflects the potential compensation for this role.
