This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, contribute to the growth and success of the firm, and advance your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Facilitate the structural design for industrial, commercial, and residential projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards utilizing REVIT and/or Civil 3D.* Prepare comprehensive design plans, specifications, and reports, including drawings, detailing, and construction documents.* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure the firm’s designs remain cutting-edge and compliant.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.* Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT preferred but not required.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and residential design.* Proficient in structural design programs including REVIT and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.* Demonstrated experience in the design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to clients and colleagues.* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**Compensation*** This position offers a salary range of $60,000-85,000 per year along with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.* The listed salary range reflects the potential compensation for this role.
