  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including junior engineers, CAD designers, subconsultants, and construction personnel.
  • Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, reports, and other technical documentation.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and pursuit strategy.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development to junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, conflicts, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven project management experience in one or more of the following sectors:

    • Land development (residential, commercial, or industrial)
    • Municipal engineering (roadways, drainage, utility systems, etc.)
  • Proficiency with design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts.
  • Experience with permitting, agency coordination, and public presentations.
Compensation
  • This position offers a salary range of $75,000–$110,000 per year, along with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.
  • The listed salary range reflects the potential compensation for this role. Starting pay will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
