Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7–14 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; may be required based on business needs.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction administration.
• Budget, schedule, and resource allocation for projects.
• Provide technical oversight of calculations, plans, and reports.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and coordinate staffing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in proposals and business development.
