Magrym Consulting, Inc. in Midland, Texas seeks a Senior Civil Engineer with a Texas PE license to drive project design and client relations. You will manage site development, subdivisions, and roadways using Civil 3D and CAD software while guiding junior engineers and drafters.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
Must hold a Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with site development, subdivisions and roadways.
Strong CAD/Civil 3D skills and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall engineering of projects, design and QA/QC of junior staff.
Monitor project budgets and schedules.
Maintain client contact and relationships.
Design subdivisions, grading plans, earthwork volumes, storm drainage, utilities, paving and street improvements.
Prepare cost opinions, quantities, and pay estimates.
Coordinate final design computations with review agencies.
