Job summary

This leadership role requires a Texas PE, strong client relations, and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Active Texas PE license required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as the senior technical resource for complex civil assignments.
• Develop and review grading, drainage, paving, roadway, utilities, stormwater, and site development plans.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, reports, studies, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, architects, contractors, municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead or oversee drainage studies, hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, stormwater management, and related water resources work.
