Qualifications

• Texas professional engineer license required.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading projects and delegating to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall engineering design, plan preparation, permitting, and QA/QC for junior staff contributions.
• Monitor budget and schedule; maintain client contact.
• Design subdivisions, grading plans, storm drainage, utilities, and street improvements.
• Prepare cost estimates, reports, and data for final payment.
• Coordinate with review agencies and attend client/municipal meetings.
• Work extended hours as needed to meet client and project demands.
