Job summary

B&S Site Development in Manassas, VA offers a 10-week (or longer) internship program for civil engineering, construction management, surveying, and related fields. You will rotate through project management, field operations, safety, and estimating, mentored by department leaders, and participate in real projects with hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Applicants are undergrad/grad students in civil, construction, surveying, environmental fields.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in site development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rotations across PM, field, safety, and estimating.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client communications.
• Gain exposure to project lifecycle and site development processes.
