Job summary

HDR is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern (Water) for a Guam assignment. The intern will gain real-world experience on exciting projects, connect with mentors, apply standard engineering techniques, and perform duties under supervision.

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program with strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus basic Microsoft Office proficiency. This is a full-time, temporary internship embodying our employee-owned culture.

In the role of Intern Engineering, we'll count on you to:

• Gain real-world experience on exciting projects
• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs

• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
