Northrop Grumman is seeking a Civil/Structural Design Engineer intern for the Defense Systems Sector, Roy, UT. The role supports design, modeling and integration of Civil/Structural elements for Sentinel Launch Facilities and related infrastructure.

Ideal candidates are enrolled full-time in an engineering program (Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical), available for 10 weeks in Summer 2027, and capable of obtaining a U.S. government security clearance. Salary varies by degree level and location.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in Fall 2027 for an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Majoring in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Civil/Structural design, modeling and integration for facilities.
• Contribute to infrastructure design for Sentinel Launch Facilities, Launch Centers or Test Facilities.
