Qualifications

• Two semesters toward a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Interest in site development and stormwater management.
• Willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, planners and surveyors in a fast-paced team environment.
• Work with licensed Professional Engineers to gain design experience on development projects.
• Conceptualize site plans, define site grades and utility layouts for large projects using Civil 3D.
• Prepare entitlement and permitting documents and communicate designs with municipalities.
• Contribute to revitalizing properties to support community growth.
