Fehr Graham is seeking Civil Engineering interns who are eager to learn and contribute to municipal and environmental projects. Based in one of our Illinois offices, you will work under a Project Manager to gain hands‑on experience, observe construction, review plans, and sharpen CAD skills.

This role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. You should be pursuing an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree, be able to read blueprints, communicate clearly, and thrive both

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Familiar with or able to read blueprints.
• Work well independently and within a team.
• Speak and write well.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction observation and quantity measurements.
• Review and edit engineering plans to Fehr Graham standards.
• Develop CAD skills and perform basic design computations.
• Collaborate with engineers and environmental scientists on project deliverables.
