GAI Consultants, Inc is seeking a civil engineering student intern to join our Civil and Environmental Business Sector. This is a temporary full-time position at 40 hours a week and a 3-month duration, with potential extension.

You will assist engineers and project managers, perform basic design tasks, and gain exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit while traveling 20-40% for project work. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and applying learned engineering principles in real projects

Competenze

• Enrolled in a civil (or related) engineering program.
• Good skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with drafting tools, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit preferred.
• Willingness to learn Power Delivery software and other tools.

Mansioni

• Assist engineers and project managers with day-to-day project tasks for delivery.
• Use computer programs to develop detailed designs.
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies.
• Ensure work products meet client, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Perform work under supervision of engineering staff.
