Job summary

The intern will engage in construction oversight, learn about quantity computation, survey, and inspection, and assist engineers with design studies across various civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year Civil Engineering degree with construction focus.
• Available to start May 2027.
• Willing to travel within Baxter & Woodman service area.
• Able to work outdoors 40+ hours per week.
• Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Field observation of a variety of projects and client interaction.
• Participate in roadway reconstructions, structures, water and wastewater infrastructure construction.
• Assist engineers with evaluation, study, and design of transportation and utility projects.
