Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join our Stuart, Florida team. This internship introduces you to traffic studies, water and sewer projects, site plans, and roadway design for construction.

You will assist with grading, CAD drafting, storm water, and traffic analyses while participating in field inspections. You will work under direct supervision, collaborate across departments, and take part in intern program learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in college or continuing education; civil engineering focus preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with site grading, erosion and sediment control, CAD drafting, storm water design, and traffic/utility design.
• Support field inspections and observe construction administration (RFI/Submittal).
• Learn from an experienced professional under supervision.
