Pape-Dawson Engineers in San Antonio seeks December 2026 or May 2027 graduates to contribute to design, analysis, and implementation of municipal land development and district projects under licensed PE guidance. You will participate in technical design, project coordination, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

The role offers hands-on experience in grading, drainage, utility layouts, CIP development, and regulatory permitting, with collaboration across project managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months from start date.
• Previous internship with a civil design firm is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist in technical design, project coordination, and ensuring compliance under a licensed PE.
• Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation using MS Office Suite.
• Direct and review the work of engineering technicians to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.
• Assist in the design and preparation of plans for land development projects (grading, drainage, utilities).
• Support CIP development and regulatory compliance for district projects.
