Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare job specifications and oversee tendering procedures.
• Resolve design and development issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets and resources; monitor schedules.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and environmental impact considerations.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets.
• Serve as liaison with Easton Public Works and Engineering.
• Maintain consistent attendance as required.
