The City of Georgetown, TX, is seeking a Utilities Engineer to perform civil engineering functions related to development, capital improvement and operation and maintenance. You will review plans, coordinate utility systems, and manage projects, communicating with developers and city staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• E.I.T certification within 6 months of hire; PE preferred for higher level.
• Experience in public utilities operations/development and water modeling.

• Review development plans for compliance with city standards and utilities plans.
• Coordinate utility systems engineering and planning with Georgetown Utility Systems.
• Lead field inspections and coordinate with inspectors and developers.
