Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• At least four years of professional civil engineering experience.
• EIT certification and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Active driver's license; a PE license and additional modeling or renewable energy experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and preliminary civil and stormwater designs.
• Create permitting exhibits and conduct site feasibility reviews.
• Advise development teams and coordinate with engineering colleagues and consultants.
• Support permit hearings and NTP civil engineering work as needed.
