You will prepare conceptual and preliminary designs, coordinate with consultants, and assist with permitting exhibits, hearings, and project diligence. • Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• At least four years of professional civil engineering experience.
• EIT certification and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Active driver's license; a PE license and additional modeling or renewable energy experience are preferred.

Job description

Prepare conceptual and preliminary civil and stormwater designs, permitting exhibits, and site feasibility reviews for community solar and other pre-NTP projects. Advise development teams, coordinate with engineering colleagues and consultants, support permit hearings and project diligence, and assist with NTP civil engineering work as needed.

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, at least four years of professional civil engineering experience, EIT certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD. Candidates must have stormwater and erosion control design experience, permitting exhibit experience, the ability to interpret geotechnical and wetland reports, strong communication and organizational skills, and an active driver's license; a PE license and additional modeling or renewable energy experience are preferred.
