Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience with stormwater and erosion control.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Experience preparing or reviewing stormwater exhibits for discretionary permits (e.g., Special Use Permits, Conditional Use Permits).
• Experience interpreting geotechnical and wetland delineation reports.
• Ability to travel and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual stormwater management exhibits for Community Solar and pre-NTP projects.
• Provide early civil engineering input on site layout, grading, and drainage.
• Serve as internal technical resource for developers on civil/stormwater questions.
• Review geotechnical and wetland reports to support buildable designs.
• Prepare technical exhibits for discretionary permit hearings and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with construction-tracked civil engineers for smooth handoffs at NTP.
