Job summary

Site Resources, Inc. is seeking a civil/site development professional to join our Maryland team. You will collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects and designers on diverse projects from concept to construction, while managing schedules, budgets and quality.

You will lead land development permitting in Maryland, prepare plan sets and permit documents, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment. A Maryland licensure focus and strong regulatory knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience with a civil engineering or multidisciplinary design firm.
  • Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure is strongly encouraged.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory permitting and approvals in Maryland jurisdictions.
  • Strong knowledge of Maryland Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control regulations and design a must.
  • Proficiency in preparing complete site/civil construction/permitting documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
