Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Level Civil Engineer in Wisconsin to lead design and development of civil projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing planning through construction, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years of experience, with strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD skills. FE/PE is preferred, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with HydroCAD Stormwater Modeling Software.
• FE or PE certification preferred, or actively working toward obtaining one.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with civil/site development, land development, stormwater, utilities, transportation, or related projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on a key role in the design and development of civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and other professionals.
• Lead or support projects from planning through construction and closeout.
