Responsibilities

• Manages, coordinates, and executes civil engineering projects.
• Reviews plans for conformity to codes and regulations; assesses design changes and makes recommendations.
• Prepares or assists in proposals, plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents; manages consultants and contractors.
• Monitors permits, development plans, budgets, and reporting requirements; communicates with developers and public.
