• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager, Civil Engineer, or similar.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time across the United States, mainly Arkansas NW region.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and civil specifications.
• Facilitate submittals and shop drawings approval; lead and manage teams.

(Project Managers) for Rogers, AR metro area, incl. 3301 N. 2nd St., Rogers, AR 72756. TRAVEL: Travel to construction sites in the United States (primarily in Arkansas, specifically Northwest Arkansas), about 25 - 50% of time. DUTIES: Oversee & coordinate constr. projects from inception to completion on time, within budget & to quality stds.; read & understand engrg. constr. drawings & civil engrg. specs; facilitate checking & approval of submittals & shop drawings; lead & manage teams; communicate w/ clients & design teams; schedule activities throughout constr.; ensure safety compliance for all team members; manage all financial aspects of the project; lead engrg. project development thru the Preconstruction phase w/ support of the Preconstruction Dept.; prepare & manage project budget, forecasting final costs monthly or more often. REQS: Bach. deg. in Civil Engineering. or closely related field + 2 yrs. (24 mos.) exp. as Project Manager (Civil Engineer), Project Engineer, or closely related position. EOE
