Job summary

BL Companies is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager to oversee land development projects from inception to completion in Connecticut. You will lead design efforts, manage client expectations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 10+ years of land development experience, and excels at mentoring staff, engaging municipal agencies, and navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Civil Engineer - Project ManagerOur growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires a leader who can manage client relationships, direct project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.A successful candidate in this role will have 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a PE license in the state they will be working out of.
