We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineering design professional to join as a Project Manager in our Doylestown, PA office. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing private subdivision and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership:
   • Proficient in site planning, engineering, and landscape architecture including site evaluation, sketch and yield plan preparation, site layout, roads, grading, stormwater management, landscaping, permitting, and technical documentation.
   • Review municipal ordinances and regulations to ensure compliance and prepare plans accordingly.
   • Conduct site feasibility, zoning, and regulatory research for land development.
   • Develop creative design solutions for complex projects.
   • Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and CADD Technicians.
   • Monitor project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
   • Prepare and review engineering sketches, drawings, reports, and technical documents.
2. Client Support: Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality design services delivered on time and within budget.
3. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering; PE license required; PA license preferred.
• CME, CFM, and/or PP certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in private client services, infrastructure management, or land development design.
• Experience with public testimony before Land Use Boards is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and representation.
