Job Description: Project Manager Structural Engineer

Position: Full Time

Location: Warrington, PA

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Designing and analyzing structures such as buildings, bridges, culverts, and other infrastructure
• Collaborating with Architects to provide structural engineering services
• Managing local, county, and state bridge projects, including permits and inspections
• Drafting and preparing project proposals
• Providing construction support services, contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget management
• Monitoring project financials and ensuring compliance with budgets
• Participating in civic and professional organizations to promote the company
• Assisting in managing and growing the Structural Engineering discipline and client relationships
• Developing and mentoring staff of Structural Engineers and Designers, focusing on financial objectives

Qualifications

• B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• PE license in PA required; NJ preferred
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including buildings, bridges, and retaining walls
• Experience working with Architects and local/state agencies
• Experience with PennDOT or Turnpike projects preferred
• Strong client management, communication, and project management skills
• Leadership ability and understanding of contractual requirements
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and PennDOT software knowledge preferred
