We're hiring a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead infrastructure and land development projects across eastern Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

• Design site plans and infrastructure: stormwater, sewer, water, and roadway systems.
• Manage subdivision and land development reviews for municipal and private clients.
• Lead NPDES and MS4 permitting and regulatory coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with accountability.
• Support transportation and traffic engineering tasks as needed.
• Prepare and submit permit applications for federal and state agencies.
• Maintain direct client communication and serve as the primary project liaison.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to project teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering; municipal experience preferred.
• PE license in Pennsylvania (EIT with path to PE will be considered).
• Deep understanding of land development processes and permitting in PA.
• Familiarity with NPDES/MS4 programs and transportation design.
• Strong client-facing and team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software and technical documentation.
