The position requires a Civil Engineering degree with 4+ years of design experience; a Master's or MBA is a plus. Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's in civil/structural engineering or MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in design techniques for technical plans, drawings, calculations, and models.
• 2+ years in detailed design of site grading, drainage, road design, transport plans, ponds.
• Power plant project design experience (CC, simple cycle, nuclear, wind, solar).
• Experience writing Civil Engineering specifications or calculations.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks within budget and schedule.

Responsabilités

• Assist with civil engineering reviews, including storm water drainage, sanitary sewer systems, road design, and earthwork.
• Support prep and review of site layout, grading, and preliminary drainage designs.
• Prepare and review technical specifications to define construction requirements.
• Work with senior consultants to advise power project developers.
• Evaluate new power and infrastructure projects to support financing.
• Develop technical reports for owners, developers, governmental agencies, and financiers.
