Alta E&I, based in Arizona, invites a Civil Engineer PE to oversee civil projects from conception through completion. You will manage site development, drainage, utilities, and roadways, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; master's preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience leading complex civil projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee execution of civil projects ensuring specs andRegulatory compliance
• Monitor progress and address issues
• Act as primary client contact and manage relationships
• Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead multidisciplinary project team and mentor staff
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and safety compliance
