Alta E&I is seeking a Civil Engineer PE to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion in Arizona. You will work across site development, grading and drainage, utilities, and roadway disciplines, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager managing complex civil projects.
• PE license is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee execution of civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to specs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress and address issues.
• Act as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets and optimize resources.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
