Job summary

Alta E&I is seeking a Civil Engineer PE to oversee a range of civil projects from inception to completion in Arizona. You will manage site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways while upholding quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a PE license, proven project management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required or pursuing licensure.
• Proven experience as Civil Project Manager on complex civil projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee execution of civil engineering projects ensuring specs and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress and address issues proactively.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Align client needs with project lifecycle and expectations.
• Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor staff.
• Foster collaboration and inclusive team environment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; optimize resources.
