Job summary

GRAEF in Milwaukee seeks a Civil Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team at our downtown office. The role involves leading project design and coordination, with emphasis on site development, drainage, and permitting.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has a PE license, 5+ years in design, and proficiency with Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years design experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management and permitting.
• Professional registration as a PE.
• Civil 3D software, hydrology, and hydraulic software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management, and hands-on design involvement.
• Project engineering and management with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-discipline environment.
• Strong communication skills and track record of client interaction and teamwork.

We are considering Civil Engineers to join our team who possess the following basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience managing a wide variety of site development projects and working with clients.
• Professional registration as a PE.
• Civil 3D software, hydrology, and hydraulic software experience is a plus.
