PERC-eng in Lafayette, LA, is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to design site development, drainage, foundations, and pipeline supports for oil and gas facilities both onshore and offshore. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, handling drawings, calculations, and permit packages in accordance with API, ASCE, ACI and AISC codes.

Applicants must hold an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to travel up to 25% for project sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; able to work in a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-discipline coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with civil/structural design of site development, equipment and piping supports for upstream/midstream facilities.
• Prepare drawings and calculations for drainage, site development, and permit packages.
• Interface with survey, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Visit job sites to assess conditions and requirements; gather data from vendor drawings and manuals.
