Job summary

PERC-eng in Lafayette, LA seeks a senior process/mechanical engineer for full-time work on upstream and midstream facilities. You will design piping and process systems, read and create P&IDs, and ensure compliance with ASME/API codes and client standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project and detailed engineering for upstream/midstream facilities.
• Ability to read and create P&IDs and other engineering documents.
• Experience sizing and selecting process equipment (e.g., separators, scrubbers, treats, compressors).

Responsibilities

• Develop high level and detailed designs of process and mechanical piping systems.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, suppliers and management.
• Report activity and maintain logs, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Travel to field locations and support scoping, as-builts, and construction activities.
