Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, and technical oversight for multi-phase construction and real property projects, including USSF facilities. You will prepare calculations, estimates, schedules, drawings, specifications, and SOWs while coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 5+ years of experience, and demonstrates proficiency with CADD, GIS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 5+ years of experience.
• Professional knowledge of civil engineering concepts across disciplines.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in program planning and budgeting cycles.
• Drafting and preparing complete project documentation.
• Site surveys and data-driven design analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design multi-phase construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technical input during source selections and evaluations.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, and contractors.
• Analyze data with CADD, GIS, BIM and other tools for project development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes.
