Penn Environmental & Remediation, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to work in Doylestown, PA, with hybrid flexibility.

You will contribute to site design, stormwater, grading, and development projects, balancing field and office work while collaborating with project managers and clients. The role requires a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, EIT, 5–10 years of experience, and proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, erosion control, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) license; Professional license is preferred.
• 5–10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience in hydrology, hydraulics, erosion and sediment controls, stormwater management, land development, and grading.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, post-construction stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans.
• Perform hydrology, hydraulic, and drainage calculations.
• Design erosion and sediment controls; grading design.
• Develop post-construction stormwater management designs; utilize AutoCAD/Civil 3D and drafting techniques to prepare plans (3-D surfaces, grades, profiles, cross-sections, pipe networks).
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and proposals; gain opportunities to develop project management and business development skills.
