Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license.
• 10 to 15 years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience in hydrology and hydraulics, erosion and sediment controls, stormwater management, and land development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, post-construction stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans.
• Hydrology and hydraulic and drainage calculations.
• Erosion and sediment control design.
• Stormwater management calculations.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D and standard drafting techniques with experience in grading plans, profiles/cross-sections, pipe networks, and corridors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and prepare proposals.

Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer /Assistant Engineering Manager. While you will be based our of our Pittsburgh, PA office, we offer hybrid/work-from-home opportunities. You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.

Qualifications include:
