Thomas Young Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of land development experience to lead site development design for multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects.

You will prepare construction plans, drawings, and permitting documents while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and municipalities to keep projects moving. The role supports technical execution and client interactions, fostering mentorship and collaboration within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT certification (FE exam passed) required.
• 4–5 years of civil engineering experience focused on land development projects.
• PE license not required, but a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage site development design for diverse land use types (multifamily to industrial).
• Prepare construction plans, technical drawings, and permitting documentation.
