Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to design residential, commercial, and industrial sites using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will contribute to grading, utility design, stormwater management, and permitting efforts while supporting project managers and client communications.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years of experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work nights or weekends to meet deadlines. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends to complete projects.
• Proficient with MS Office; AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Design site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare conceptual grading analyses and site layout.
• Compute and prepare due diligence reports, cost estimates, utility calculations, and storm water reports.
• Assist in producing final construction drawings and permit applications.
• Support project managers and client communications.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects.
• Attend client and public meetings as needed.
• Support business development activities.
