Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to join our land development team in Massachusetts. You will work on diverse commercial, industrial, municipal, and land development projects from concept through construction, collaborating with engineers, designers, PMs, and contractors.

You will design grading, drainage, and utilities, perform hydrologic analyses, and coordinate permitting with MA agencies. PE licensure is encouraged, relocation assistance not mentioned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• FE or EIT certification (Massachusetts or transferable).
• Experience with land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, or civil site projects.
• Experience with Massachusetts permitting processes and regulations is preferred.
• HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or similar hydraulic/stormwater modeling software; Microsoft Office; GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage projects from planning through construction and completion.
• Prepare designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, and site improvements.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses using HydroCAD/HEC-RAS or similar tools.
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans per MA regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulators.
• Assist in project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
