Thomas & Hutton is seeking a civil engineer to design land‑development projects, prepare site drawings, and develop supporting calculations. You will work with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s in civil engineering, 3+ years of Civil 3D experience, and strong communication skills. On-site schedule with mentorship and career development opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing land-development projects.
• EIT or PE registration preferred (or ability to obtain PE within one year).
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A client-service mindset, strong initiative, and collaborative approach.

Mansioni

• Prepare site‑development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Design water, sewer, and storm‑drainage infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land‑development projects.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams.
• Produce and refine models in Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards.
