Qualifications

• EIT or PE licensure preferred.
• Experience with StormCAD, HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM, and AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for land development projects.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater facilities, water quality, and utility calculations.
• Coordinate and design to obtain permits from local/state/federal agencies.
• Manage civil aspects of construction in the field: QC, conflict resolution, multi-discipline coordination.
• Interact with contractors and stakeholders to develop requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time.
