TYG is seeking Civil Engineers at multiple levels to support expansion in major US markets including New York City, Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, Denver, and Boston. Candidates from mid-level to senior are welcome, with strengths in site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

This design-focused environment offers increasing project ownership and collaboration with municipal and private clients, with remote or hybrid flexibility depending on location and level.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior roles or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of site grading, utility layout, and stormwater design.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals.
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals.
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
