Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land development/site development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have PE or EIT.
• Experience with stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, grading and drainage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept to permit.
• Coordinate with design teams and clients to meet deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with stormwater management, drainage and grading requirements.
