Confidential Employer., located in Leesburg, VA, seeks a Civil Engineer – Land Development to lead site design from concept through implementation on residential, commercial, and land development projects.

The role requires 3+ years of civil engineering experience, an EIT, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, handle permitting, and help advance diverse projects in a team‑oriented environment.
