Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, design, and construction of water and sewer projects.
• Prepare design documents, bid packages, and project records.
• Review plans for subdivisions and feasibility for service connections.
• Oversee construction administration and inspect coordination with inspectors.
