Position: Civil Engineer II (Full-Time, Staff)

Location: Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or Remote

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Civil engineering deliverables, design criteria, calculations, and specifications for various projects, including site plans, grading, utilities, erosion controls, roads, storm drainage, retaining walls, and earthwork calculations.
2. Provide technical guidance and support construction administration.
3. Prepare construction scopes of work and coordinate with other disciplines, agencies, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
4. Review vendor documents and prepare purchasing documents.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in project execution, understanding of zoning, wetlands, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects in solar, industrial, and power markets.
• Passed FE exam; working towards PE license or recent PE.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HydraFlow, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, Navisworks, and other industry software.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• PE license strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $83,600 - $125,400, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, paid maternity leave, parental leave, and more.
